Oopsie Bread: Wonderful recipe! I double it. My Italian-style variation: 6 eggs, 8 oz cream cheese (I just used whole block!), 1/2 tsp cream of tartar, 1-2 tsp psyllium husk (optional for extra fiber, add to cream cheese/egg yolk mixture), 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, 1 clove finely minced garlic. No salt or sweetener; add seasonings to cream cheese step. Great in muffin top pan, or spread out for (2) focaccia bread, cheesy breadsticks, or several 6-8" pizza crust!
