Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome exercise: Tie lower thighs together with a rubber band. Lie flat on back with lower back on floor & abs pulled in. Lift knees to 90 degrees & keep feet glued together, pull knees in & out, slow & controlled. 15-20 reps. Then for next ex, keep legs tied together & 90deg., tilt slowly back & forth to the right, center, left, center keeping lower back on floor & abs in. Do 15-20 reps.
