This is one of my favorite lunch or dinner recipes that requires less than an hour to make. It's great for busy weeknights and packed with protein from the chicken thighs. Be sure to save a little extra honey mustard sauce for drizzling at the end!

This hearty bread only requires 15 minutes of prep and is packed with oats, flaxseed and walnuts giving it a boost of nutrition. I love serving it with my homemade salted honey butter (especially during Thanksgiving!) or using it for a grilled cheese sandwich. Whichever way you serve it, I know you’re going to love this one.
Iced Lemon Oatmeal Cookies
