Mary, Queen of Scots (bn. 1542) and her first husband Francis II of France.  Mary was the only child of James V of Scotland and Mary of Guise.  She was raised in the French court of Henry II and Catherine de' Medici.  The young newly married couple became King and Queen of France in 1559 not even a year after their marriage.  Francis died less than a year after that leaving Mary a widow and she returned to Scotland to rule and cause trouble for her lords and her cousin Queen Elizabeth I.

Elisabeth of Austria (1526-1545), daughter of Ferdinand I of Austria and his wife Anna of Bohemia and Hungary. She was married to Zygmunt II August Jagiellon and they had no children.

Painting of Francis I of France and his second wife Eleanor of Austria (sister of Charles V) c.1530s-1540s. It was Eleanor, who reportedly refused to be present, as Queen of France, to meet Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn in Calais, she did not acknowledge Anne Boleyn. Her loyalties, as the rest of her family, remained with her aunt, Katharine of Aragon.
