Season well with whatever you would like. I used a garlic Parmesan seasoning, pepper and garlic powder. Then add 2-3 TBSPs of flour. Mix well. 2. Make your honey garlic sauce by adding a 1/2 cup of honey, 2 TBSPS balsamic vinegar, 3 TBSPs of soy sauce, 1 TBSP of minced garlic and a 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Whisk well. 3. Add a few TBSPs of oil to a pan set to medium to hot. When that heats up add your pork chop bites. Cook about three minutes per side until you have a nice crust. Try not to over cook. Turn down heat. 4. Now add 3 TBSP of butter to the same pan and 1-2 TBSPs or minced garlic toss well with your pork for a minute. 5. Now to add the honey garlic sauce with your pork bites. Toss well and heat to boiling for a minute then lower temperature. Cook another couple of minutes until a bit thicker. (If you would like it even thicker you can add one TBSP of corn starch to one TBSP of water and mix well then add that to your pan. Wait a couple minutes and it will thicken more) 6. Enjoy served over rice topped with green onions! #easydinner | Andrea | Facebook
