So different, creative, and unique! Both... | By MollysArtistry | Hi everyone. it's Molly. I'm going to do part two of my inferno series tonight. I'm using the black base again and this is Amsterdam mixed with water and I've thinned it out so that it flows really well on the canvass that I'm using. This time, I'm going to take the same colors that I did on the piece Inferno and I'm going to blow them outward to create almost this beautiful flame like flower. I layered my paints multiple times with the different colors so that I could get a good beautiful interaction between the paints. That's just a blow dryer with my air concentrator on it. And I'm just lightly glazing over the top to get the colors to travel and move where I want them. My blow dryer is really like my paintbrush on canvas. You can do some amazing things with the blow dryer. Any type of compressed air really. So on this piece, I really worked to try to get a composition that was not simply blown out like a flower, but that really had some interesting parts and a lot of movement to it. I love the cells that are forming in the center. I think it adds a lot of interest. Now, I'm just creating those tiny little details. There's little whispers to really create exactly the painting that I want. I am in love with this piece. I think it's absolutely amazing. Thank you. Look at that center and the cells are just gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful, I hope that you enjoyed. thank you so much for watching happy painting.
