This is so true and have said it on numerous occasions. To have a true conversation you must actually LISTEN to what the other person is saying. I have too many conversations with people that quickly jump to what they want to say before I'm finished with what I'm saying. Very frustrating. Someday Ill finish my interpersonal communications degree and teach on this subject.
