19 Danish timber merchant companies were acquired and had to implement a new business strategy and an internal change. The focal point was an 'idea day', involving employees when developing new, innovative business concepts. In addition, Cumuli developed the concept and produced the employee magazine 'OP' along with brochures, a customer magazine and films. Later followed the official opening of Optimera where new business models and the new brand was presented to the customers.
