Pressure Cooker Chicken and Rice "I used brown rice because it takes longer to cook than white and is healthier. 2 cups brown rice and 2.5 cups water in the bottom, a cut up, well-seasoned chicken on top, 20 minutes on high with a 10 minute NPR. Then I took out the chicken with tongs and broiled it to crisp up the skin. We had it with a side of roasted broccoli, and I think the rice was some of the best I've ever made thanks to all the chicken drippings"
