Oficina on Instagram: "Time flies by, flows along, or freezes entirely – like water, a motif of @iwcwatches. For the opening of their Amsterdam location, we engineered these aspects of time and water into festive canapés. Vinegar drops on a nasturtium leaf folded over rice reflected the vapour phase. A wavy pumpkin purée on shokupan toast represented the liquid phase. Charcoal crust tartlets filled with brandade and topped with cubes of apple vinegar jelly, as well as a pear sponge cake with meringue, captured the solid phase."
