I'm Myra from Low Carb Love and today, we're going to be making a Keto Pizza but this isn't just any regular pizza. This pizza is a zero-carb crust pizza. Super simple. It's not a fat head dough. I'm going to show you, walk you step by step on how to make this meat lovers keto pizza. Okay, so I have a little pizza pan right here. What I did was just cut out our parchment paper which is going to go right on top. This is not a fat head dough but it doesn't involve cheese. So, get ready because this is so, it's just a really unique crust and it taste absolutely delicious. So, I grated my own cheese. This is like a Kobe cheese and there's six ounces of it, okay? So, six ounces of cheese. You're going to have two eggs at a room temp. Just crack that right in there and then, we are going to add our spices. So, one teaspoon of garlic powder, okay? Then, we have our onion powder. We also have a teaspoon there. This is going to add so much flavor to your crust/. 2 teaspoon of oregano and if you don't like oregano or any of the powders, of course, you're going to eat this. So, just add your seasonings of choice, okay? And if you're about that spicy life, you guys know I like a little bit of spice, we're going to add our red pepper flakes. I just added about a teaspoon of of red pepper flakes. So, now, let's go ahead and mix this together. You're going to take a look at how simple this is to make and trust me, it's so delicious. You guys are going to have this on repeat. Okay, so now that this is all mixed together. This is actually there's a few steps to this but it's so easy. So you're going to have to stick around to see how how we do this. We're going to add the mixture. Okay this is going to be our crust. We're going to add it directly onto our our little baking sheet or our pizza pan. So then you just want to flatten it out. Spread it out. Okay, so this is pretty much how thin you're going to spread your mixture. Remember, this is more like a thin crust pizza, okay? And I'm going to show you how to bake this because there's a process. There's one step in between while we're baking, okay? So, let's go ahead and get this in the oven. Make sure that your oven is preheated to 350 degrees. Okay, so now we're going to bake this for 10 minutes. We'll come back and check on it and I'll show you what we have to do in between. Okay, so while I is in the oven. We're going to go ahead and cook our bacon and our sausage. It's Italian sausage. Of course, you can use your toppings of choice. You can make pepperoni, ground beef, veggies, whatever you want. I'm doing a meat lover's pizza so we're doing bacon and Italian sausage. Okay, so now we're getting our pizza crust out. We ended up cooking this for 15 minutes and I'm going to show you what we're doing right now. Okay, so we're going to put this to the side. We get a new piece of parchment paper. This is optional but this is if you want a crispier crust right so as you can see this is sturdy like it's not it's it's like a sturdy crust we're going to flip it over because I want it to be a little crispier and it's going to just give the bottom a little bit more of a crisp and now we're going to assemble so now we're going to next step is obviously your pizza sauce you can totally make your homemade version I found this one at my logo Ralph's and it has four net carbs so you get the five carbs subtract the fiber you get four net carbs per quarter cup so here's a/ 4 cup and now we're just going to go ahead and pour that right over our crust and if we need a little bit more then of course you can you know just add another another quarter cup so just depends on how much sauce you want on your pizza I might add a little bit more but that's the only thing the only carbs you're accounting for are the pizza sauce this is one cup of mozzarella cheese and then you're just going to sprinkle it And of course this is your your pizza so you're going to use as much or as little as you want. This is a meat lover's pizza. So we have the sausage. This is the Italian sausage. So we'll start with that. We're actually just going to you know sprinkle that on top. And again use as little or as much as you want. You can actually make two pizzas and then just split the toppings you know. Okay. We do have some bacon, okay? Crispy, crispy bacon. Sprinkle that on. Oh my gosh, the bacon is so crispy. I want to eat it right now. Okay? And last we're going to add some pepperoni for our meat. And you know you can add however many pieces you want. Just going to Add a few here to the side so it looks nice and pretty. Okay and now we're going to finish it off with a little bit of Parmesan cheese and I'm just going to drizzle Alright. Okay. So now we're going to add our pizza. Take a look at this fatty. Oh my gosh. I'm like this looks so good right now. I'm so hungry. So we're going to get this in the oven. We're going to bake it for 10 minutes and then we're going to broil it. So I'm going to show you what it looks like when it comes out. Okay so now we're going to put it in for 10 minutes. 350 degrees. And we'll check back. We just turned the broiler on high and we're going to do it for 2 minutes. Look at this. Beautiful. Okay so take a look at our pizza. This is absolutely amazing. Remember our crust is a zero carb crust which as you can tell is nice and sturdy. We're about to cut it now so you can take a look. Gonna cut it right here. And of course we're going to do the taste test. Okay so now for the taste test on our zero carb crust pizza. Oh my gosh. Meat lovers like heaven right here. Do you see all that? Mmm mmm. You have to try this. Hands down. So delicious. Um I mean of course there's sausage, there's pepperoni, bacon, like how can it not be delicious, right? Okay guys so there you have it. A zero carb crust pizza. The only carbs you have to account for are the carbs in your pizza sauce. Other than that all the toppings and everything are also zero carb. This is the perfect keto pizza. And honestly the taste is absolutely delicious. So you can even make something like this while doing like an egg fast. Low Carb, High Protein, Keto | By Low Carb Love | If you are on your weight loss journey, if you're somebody that works out, somebody that's just trying to get your protein in and you love pizza, you have to give this one a try. Hey, guys. Welcome back to my channel. I'm Myra from Low Carb Love. Now, most of you know I've lost over ahundred pounds by making healthier versions of some of my favorite foods. So, today, we're going to be making pizza. I love pizza but a lot of times I don't eat it because obviously, it's super high in calories, super high in carbs, and for the most part, I live a low-carb lifestyle. So, I've come up with a variation. We're making a super high protein crust. Um we're using just a lot of really great ingredients and you're still going to get to a like that pizza craving. You know what those days where you're just like, I need pizza in my life today. You're going to be able to make it. It just turns out like the real deal. So, it's the best part of it all. Super, super basic ingredients. We're going to be using obviously some mozzarella, some pepperoni, we have some eggs, some cottage cheese, and seasonings. That is it and you're going to see how delicious and cheesy this pizza turns out. The first thing we're going to start off with is just some cottage cheese. Just get whichever cottage cheese you at your local store. Okay, we're going to need a little blender because this is how we're actually going to make our crust. Okay and we're going to do some eggs doing some pasturized eggs. My Costco started carrying pasturized eggs. I was so happy about that. Okay, so we have cottage cheese, eggs. Now, we're going to season it. This is optional but I just recommend it because you know, just gives everything that much more flavor. Some garlic powder. And we can't forget our salt and pepper. So now, we're going to blend this Okay? Very very easy steps. Okay, so we have our mixture. Let's make sure that it is completely smooth which it is. You don't want it to be like chunky and I was going to use this but I feel like for this recipe, it has to be nice and thin. So, I'm just going to end up using the pizza pan and just kind of laying out the parchment paper instead and now, we're going to pour our mixture right in here guys and I'm going to show you how this right here is going to transform into our crust. Okay so I feel like it's pretty even all the way around now just make sure that your oven is preheated to 350 degrees and this is going right in and wait to see what this looks like it literally looks like a normal regular pizza crust but of course it is going to be high protein and super nutritious alright guys so while our crust is baking I'm going to go ahead and take my probiotic and prebiotic I try to take this first thing in the morning just because I don't like to forget these literally have made a world of a difference for me if you've been following me for a while you know that this is a supplement that I take every single day. Alright. So, I let this an extra 5 minutes because I wanted, I wanted it to get like a nice crust as you can see. Look at that. Alright, guys. So, now, we're going to assemble our pizza. What I'm trying to do right now is just take our crust off the parchment so we can get it just right onto the pizza pan like it it definitely has good structure like it's not something that's going to fall apart or rip which is really obvious really good with our pizza you know you definitely don't want like you don't want like a pizza crust that's going to be all over the place okay now we're going to add our sauce right in the middle and spread I love pizza so this is very, very exciting to me. Every time I make foods that I really love, I just get so happy. We have our mozzarella cheese. If you like light cheese, then just do light cheese. If you want it a little heavier, then go a little heavier. Just personal preference, you know? Okay? And then we have our pepperoni. Pepperoni, you can use turkey pepperoni. You can use, you know, just your pepperonis of choice and then, just top it off with a tiny bit more cheese because I like the cheese to kind of melt on the pepperonis. Okay and now, I'm just going to put it back into the oven. Obviously, everything's cooked on here so I'm just going to broil it so it gets nice and like kind of cheesy on top. Guys, look at our pizza. Oh my gosh. The texture, the cheesiness. This right here is literally everything in life. You have a high-protein pizza that's actually nutritious, okay? One of the biggest reasons that I hold myself back from eating pizza is the fact that I know that there's not much nutritional value to it but this right here Guys, those days are over. You can enjoy pizza without guilt. You're actually nourishing your body and getting that protein in. Alright, guys. We're going right in for the bite. Cheers. I love pizza mmm the texture this dough it reminds me of like think of like a thin crust pizza it just doesn't have so much of a crisp but for me the fact that I know that I'm getting so much protein in and it still hits the texture's on point the flavors are on point for me because I personally love like a crispy thin crust this is not so much crispy but it's also not soggy you know what I mean it's just like very neutral but the taste is so on point. If you're on your weight loss journey, if you're somebody that works out, somebody that's just trying to get your protein in and you love pizza, you have to give this one a try. Trust me.
