The tension between Denmark and the armies of Fortinbras resulted due to a dispute over land that Denmark, specially the late King, took from Norway. Fortinbras fools Denmark into thinking he is invading Poland, but actually invades Denmark, taking over the country with Hamlet's consent.

Marzipan base/crust for Jordbærkage, a strawberry tart/cake. Recipe in Danish. Mix 200 g marzipan with 200 g sugar, then 200 butter, little by little. Add also 3 eggs and in the end fold in 50 g of flour. Bake approx. 25 min. at 175 C. When cold. fill with pastry cream (you may eventually put some choc. and/or whipped cream)
