Crispy Zucchini Chips!  Preheat oven to 180 C, cut zucchini into 1cm slices, spray baking sheet w/ cooking sprat, sprinkling fiesta seasoning over the top of zucchini, bake for 3 hours. Let dry for 1hr after removing from the oven. Eat and enjoy this low calorie, few carbs and no sugar snack! :)
