50min · 4 servings Asiatisk agurkesalat med masser af crunch, er en virkelig lækker måde at spise agurker og kan snildt spises som en lille side dish - f.eks. til stegte ris 🥒🥢 Ingredienser: • 8 skoleagurker • 3 spsk. salt • 1 fed hvidløg • 2 spsk. soya • 1 spsk. sesamolie • 1 spsk. riseddike • 1 tsk. chilipulver el. flager • 1 tsk. sukker • 2 spsk. sesamfrø Fremgangsmåde: 1. Skær enderne af agurkerne. 2. Læg 1 spisepind på hver side af agurken og skær først tynde skiver på skrå af agurken, altså diagonalt. 3. Vend agurken om på den anden side, og skær nu tynde skiver lige over på agurken. Så får den et fint spiral mønster. 4. Vend agurkerne med salt og lad dem trække i 15-30 minutter.
