This is why I prefer the treadmill to the elliptical! I was killing myself of the elliptical and still only burning as much as a 12 minute mile!

And kept going!! Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine workout
