slow cooker CHICKEN CACCIATORE Ingredients: 1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast – Cubed 2 cans tomato paste (6 oz) 4 cloves garlic minced 1 tbs dried parsley 1 tbs dried basil salt & pepper to taste 2 cups chicken broth Directions: Place all ingrdients except chicken broth into a freezer bag Mix to evenly distribute Flatten and store in freezer When ready to cook, defrost overnight in fridge Place in slow cooker and add the 2 cups of chicken broth cook on low for 8 hours Serve over pasta or ricee
