I love this series. The style of dance isn't exactly what I was looking for but her movements and the movement of the flour is. I would use color for the flour instead to liven it up and make it more festive for a music festival.
Blurring can be used to create the illusion of motion. Here the motion that the dancer took is clear due to the blurring from one poison to the next.

i like this one because not all of the guy is in focus but only half is and the other half is blurred to show hes moving.
This photo is able to convey the movement of the dancer in a creative way and creates a cool way of mapping out her movement.
