Brisket with garlic thyme butter, coloured carrots and 'top cale' from red brussel sprouts. The brisket is boiled with soup herbs 4 hours and there after marinated with reduced soup, honey, garlic and thyme and baked 20 minutes at 180 celsius degrees. Season the smeat with the soup before serving. Www.stedsans.nu
