We're just over 24 hours since Audi dropped their initial photos of the new R8 coupé and the car isn't due to see a show stand before next week. Even still, X-tomi Design has already begun rendering other variations of the car... namely the R8 Spyder.

Is it a battle? Do great minds think alike? Two of our regular go-tos on photoshop renders, Theophilus Chin and X-tomi Design, have both rendered an A9 Cabriolet from the CES-launched Audi prologue piloted driving concept.

Given what we know of timeframes, the new Audi R8 could drop at any time. The planned auto show reveal is scheduled for Geneva in March, though so too is the RS 3 that dropped a little more than a week ago. So, when we see photos like this render by Marco Van Overbeeke design pop up online, we start to wonder if it's the real car.

Boy that didn't take long. Photos of the new Audi Q7 dropped just last Friday, and X-tomi Design has already rendered an RS version. Of course, there isn't an RS version of the Q7 and never has been, and yet this sort of makes us want one.

The new Audi RS 3 Sportback was revealed just days ago, and X-tomi Design is already live with trio of RS 3 based renders. Perhaps most interesting to U.S. fans is the RS 3 sedan above, though X-tomi has also rendered a 3-door and Cabriolet variant just to explore what an entire family might look like.
