🤎Iceberg Lava Chocolate🤎The method is super simple, the chocolate is delicate and smooth, and you will fall into it if you really eat it.🥰🥰🥰 💡Ingredients: • 1 egg yolk • 25g granulated sugar • 200g light cream • 100g chopped dark chocolate 💡Steps: 1⃣️Sieve one egg white, leaving only the yolk. Add egg yolk, 25g granulated sugar and 200g whipped cream to the pot, and mix well. 2⃣️Simmer over low heat until bubbling around the edges, then turn off heat. Add 100g of dark chocolate chips, stirring to melt. 3⃣️Pour into molds, refrigerate for 4 hours, take out and sprinkle with cocoa powder. -
