Irvington Sweater, 1922-2020.

The 1922 Irvington Sweater, ca. October 2020! I made several changes to the original pattern: the choice of colours (rust & green instead of red & blue); the addition of the bronze stripes (I was afraid I would run out of white); the deletion of a problematic motif; the modification of stitch counts so it would fit a normal human body while retaining an early '20s shape. Most of it is knit in Brown Sheep Nature Spun Sport (the rust & black is stash-busty alpaca) on US size 4s.
