The sugar mixture in honey is perfectly pliable when warm, but crispy and flavorful when cooled down!   Hereby the recipe: 50 grams of flour 55 grams of eggwhite 40 grams of neutral oil  10 grams of butter  2 grams of salt 50 grams of honey   Mix all ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Spread the batter into the Honeygrid mold and bake for 8 minutes at 180 degrees celcius. Remove from the mold while still warm, and punch it out using a sharp cutter. Place your Tuille on top a small round bowl and bake it for an additional 2 minutes until it’s curved perfectly and golden!   #moldbrothers"
