All you need for this workout is a Sandbag. Grab the heaviest weight you can that will allow you to still keep your form.

Sandbag Bear Complex:
5 Sets of 7 Reps - (1 Complex = 1 Rep, 7 Reps = 1 Set)
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Jerk to Back Rack
1 Back Squat
1 Push Jerk to Front Rack to Ground

Each set of 7 reps must be unbroken, if you break you owe:
25M Bear Crawl Sandbag Drag
25M Overhead Walking Lunge
