Of all the restorative yoga poses you can do on a bolster, reclining supported hero may be the most challenging if you have tight quadricep and calf muscles. However, I am going to explain to you how to adapt this pose to make it work for your body. But first, I have to tell you a funny story.

These are some of my favourite shoulder and chest openers! Perfect for the morning, and definitely recommended after work if you sit at a desk all day. . Option 1 is beginner-friendly, whereas Option 2 is for the more flexi folks. 😉 Stay in each pose for at least 10 breaths, but feel free to extend and stay longer if it feels good.
