Chive Blossom Vinegar: mix blossoms and vinegar (I like white wine vinegar) in a jar and let steep for 3-7 days. The more flowers you use, and the longer you steep, the stronger the taste will be. Strain out the flowers and enjoy! I like to mix with olive oil for a light salad dressing. This will store for a couple of months at room temperature.

Chive blossom butter:
Mix blossoms with room temperature softened butter, and reshape into a log using parchment paper. Refrigerate and you’re done! This is great on bread, on veggies, and steak.

Topping blossoms:
Use blossoms to top your food! It gives your food a chive flavor, and makes your dishes more decorative as well.
