[ City Of Ghosts by V.Schwab ] 4 STARS ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐️ A spooky middle grade set in Scotland? When I think of Edinburgh I've never attribute the phrase "City of Ghosts" to the city— but now I'll certainly be looking for ghosts when I get to visit. V. E. Schwab's writing is as immersive and atmospheric as can be. The plot was slightly predictable but that comes with the genre so no complaints there! Also loved the friendship been Cass and Jacob— more human and ghost friendships in literature please ...
