I don't know much about binding but here you wonderful ppl go if you do bind ( I have no idea if this works or is safe don't do anything that hurts)

Just something to help people who want to bind their chests. It may not be as good a result as a normal binder, but those can be expensive or hard to get if you are not out to your family or they do not support you. I don't know how long you can keep it on, but I take it off at least after 8 hours. It might not work for people of larger chests, but I can't speak for them as I am only a 34B. This is kinda dangerous and you really shouldn't do it for prolonged periods... just remember that you won't be completely flat and WILL have a tiny chest that looks like pecks, do not, I repeat DO NOT make your bandage so tight that you can't breath... also make sure you use a stretchy bandage that does not have any padding on it.
