Spice mix:

Juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons salt

Masala sauce:
30g butter
2 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons ginger paste 
- Cook onions over high heat until translucent/beginning to brown, add garlic/ginger and sauté for 3-4 minutes

4 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 of spice mix
- Simmer for 1 min
