Winners of the Adelaide Creative Community Hub competition have been selected from France, Denmark and Australia.

Each entry was evaluated on a number of criteria, including but not limited to : strength and clarity of concept, originality, quality of presentation, response to urban context, and most importantly, its viability as a cultural fashion hub!

This project is a reinvention of the Rotorua headquarters of Scion, a Crown Research Institute that specializes in technology development for the forestry industry. Aptly located on the edge of the redwood forest in Whakarewarewa Forest Park, the project brings the workforce, previously siloed in smaller buildings dotted around the campus, into a central innovation hub while creating a new campus arrival point to strengthen the public interface for Scion.

Kengo Kuma & Associates has won a competition to design Gare Saint-Denis Pleyel, one of 72 stations that will be built along a new stretch of Paris' Metro.
