The J Class yacht Endeavour, often described as the most beautiful J Class ever and Britain’s worthiest America’s Cup challenger, is on the market.

It’s a good bet that Starling Burgess, when drawing the lines for his 1934 America’s Cup defender Rainbow, never imagined that a new Rainbow would be almost ready to launch 77 years later. The mighty press of canvas fills as her bows fall off from head to wind. As she loads up and heels, everything changes – there’s a distinct mood adjustment aboard.
