The jelly has 3 colors: red from dragon fruit, white from coconut milk, green from pandan leaves. Just filter the juice and follow the instructions below. This dessert gives you a soft, refreshing taste, very suitable for the summer.
Recipe:
25gr agar powder
1200ml water
Color: recipe for each color
300ml agar mixture + 200gr juice/juice of each color + 30gr condensed milk/sugar
Instruct:
Soak the agar powder and filtered water for at least 30 minutes. After soaking, simmer over low heat until the powder is completely dissolved and check to make sure it has dissolved completely.
Hold a large pot of water, put 300ml of jelly into a small pot along with each portion of juice and condensed milk or sugar.
