Determine how much volume you want in your sleeve! The bigger/longer the sleeve you cut the bigger/puffier it will be once attached. See step# 6. 2. Cut 2 main and 2 tulle sleeves 3. Pin or baste main and tulle sleeve together with the tulle on the WRONG side of the main fabric matching side seams 4. Pleat or gather all the way around the top of the sleeve and attach to bodice. Match midpoint of the top of the sleeve with the shoulder seam 5. Baste and sew 6. NOW this is the cool part that tucks and hides the scratchy tulle inside the main fabric. Fold the wrong sides of the main fabric together sandwiching the tulle together INSIDE Puffy Sleeves Pattern Sewing, Puffy Sleeves Pattern, Puffy Sleeve Pattern, Sleeve Patterns, Puff Sleeve Pattern, Poofy Sleeves, Fabric Matching, Tuck Dress, Puffy Sleeve Top
