Chicken curry, Mangalore Chiken Curry, Chicken Recipes, Tamilfood, Tamil Cooking, Mangalorean, Traditional 

Ingredients:

Chicken - 250g
Oil - 5 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Fenugreek- 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Dry red chili - 3
Kashmiri Red Chili -2
Coconut - 3 pieces
Shallots - 6
Garlic - 4
Salt
Coconut Milk - 1 cup

Method:

Dry roast the cumin seeds, fenugreek, pepper and coriander seeds. Add oil to the pan, add shallots, garlic, chilies and coconut pieces.

Saute them for 3-4 mins in medium flame. Blend to a smooth paste. 

Add oil then add chicken and cook for 2-3 mins. Add blended masala paste and cook for 10 mins.
