Architecture studio Penda has revealed plans to create a vast network of modular building blocks at the International Horticultural Expo 2019 in Beijing

Precht – the architecture studio of Penda co-founders Frei and Chris Precht – has developed a concept for modular housing where residents would produce their own food in vertical farms.

The project is consist on modular container housing units and a common building connected togetner with a two-level pathway. In the main building there are open- space areas for studying and various activities.
