Needle felted mouse

I sculpt wool into realistic animals noted for their character. Originally from the American Midwest, I traveled a circuitous trail to becoming an internationally recognized fiber artist. The animals are inspired by my connection to nature and wilderness, and especially by the summers that I spent working in national parks.

I‘ve been needle felting for around 6 years now. One of the first animals I tried to make was a little mouse. Since then I’ve made literally hundreds of felted mice in all colours, shapes, and sizes! I thought it would be fun to dress some up as famous characters.

A whimsical, yet realistic grey brown mouse created of wool and alpaca. This little mouse has a wire frame which allows him to be posed and his hands can hold small things. He is holding a real berry in the photo, which is not included. However, you can choose a tiny berry made of wool. He is about 4 inches tall. He is perfect for adding to your home decor display and a string can easily be added to use as an ornament. This is a custom made to order item. Please allow time for creation.
