Lisa and Ethan left it up to me to suggest where they should have their engagement session, so I immediately got to planning. I knew I wanted to take them somewhere equally as stunning as their wedding venue but in a diverse location so they could have variety in their photos.

When you visit a specific location more than once, it can start to become familiar. After returning to the same spot, what if we instead started treasuring it even more? That’s my relationship with the Oregon Coast. As I revisit with a different couple I always value it in a newly found way. This summer, I had the privilege of getting to photograph a wedding for two of my favorite people in the world. Sam and Dylan held the most beautiful, intimate wedding at Our Place, an AirBNB on the Oregon coast. They filled the house with their closest family and friends, got married overlooking the ocean, and sang karaoke as the sun went down — a picture perfect day.
