Angus Nguyen on Instagram: "Crispy Pan Fried Buns Recipe 🥟🥟  Dough:  2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast 1 tsp sugar ¾ cup warm water (about 110°F or 45°C) 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tbsp oil A pinch of salt Filling:  300g ground pork 2-3 green onions, finely chopped 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp ginger, minced 1 tbsp garlic, minced 1 tsp sugar Salt and pepper to taste  To Cook:  2 tbsp oil for frying ½ cup water for steaming  Instructions:  Make the Dough: Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.  In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and oil. Knead until smooth and elastic (about 8-10 minutes). Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
