My daughter wanted Lorax-themed birthday treats to take to school, so I came up with these Truffula Tree cupcakes. The fluff on top is pink cotton candy I bought at Chuck E Cheese. The green frosting is the basic Wilton recipe buttercream piped onto the cupcakes with Wilton tip no. 233. The tree trunks are Wilton lollipop sticks with black Sharpie marker drawn on as bark.
