Wayne Enterprises, formally known as WayneCorp or Wayne Industries in the DC Universe. The conglomerate is owned and chaired by American billionaire Bruce Wayne. The CEO and Senior Vice-President of Wayne Enterprises and The Wayne Foundation is Lucius Fox. Revenues are 31.3 billion.

Not Lexcorp or Oscorp. I don't want my boss to be a psycho villain. Not good for job security. Between the other two, I choose Stark Industries. WAAAY more money and a LOT cooler gadgets.

Late March, 1989: Bruce files patents on thousands of individualized mechanical parts which he will use to create an arsenal of gadgets, weaponry, etc. He also begins pilfering existing technology from his family's company. Because Wayne Industries is still publicly traded at this time, this means he is committing a string of major felonies by defrauding the company's stockholders.
