So, since I do not want to lose Weight anymore instead I'm trying to bulk, I only replace one meal a day. Sometimes I feel like eating breakfast, so I take my shake for dinner. These are some ideas of healthy breakfasts: ✨oatmeal with protein powder, or ✨fruit with hard boiled eggs- take out yulk ✨turkey slices with two whole wheat toast- you could topped it with avocado instead of butter or mayo ✨Peanut butter with fruits (banana and apple or berries) ✨Cottage cheese with fruit & Greek yogurt
