Smoked roast of ox with honey Simply rubbed in salt and roasted in a Ball BBQ with a cup of ordinary smokedust in a alu tray under The roast. I gave it a drip of honey just before it hit 63 degree celcius and i took it to rest at 65celcius It was served with two Nice sallads a hot one with cream and mead and a semi hot with strawberries...
