Ingredients:  • 2 cups flour  • 1/2 tsp salt  1/2 cup warm water  1/2 cup scallions  • 1/4 cup flour  • 1/4 cup hot oil  • Seasoning  • -1 tsp salt  • -1 tsp sugar  • -1/2 tsp garlic powder  -1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, optional  Method:  Combine all ingredients for the dough and kneed until smooth. Cover and set aside for 30 mins. In the meantime prepare the filling by combining the ingredients in a bowl. Roll out the dough thinly and spread the filling evenly on it. roll up the dough, as tightly as possible. Press the air bubbles out of the dough strip. Take the ends of the rolled up dough and curl it toward the center. Roll it out again with your rolling pin. To a pan add 1-2 tsp oil and fry them in medium heat.
