Clean Mocha Smoothie 1 shot of espresso 1 banana 1 tablespoon of cocoa (70% pure) 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt 1 cup of hot, frothy skim milk 1. In a blender, mix the shot of espresso (hot), banana, cocoa and Greek yogurt. 2. Pour the ingredients in a large glass 3. Slowly add the hot milk and allow it to swirl throughout the glass 4. Garnish with a small amount of cocoa on top
