You can cut em different if you'd like. Alright. Now, we're going to put a little bit of butter. Just a few around the potatoes. Alright and I sprayed my pan already with some olive oil spray. Alright. Next, taking a package of frozen peas. Just putting this right on top of our taters. Alright. Quick and easy dinner. I love making this y'all. So, I have some ham. I have some I bought this premade ham. If y'all want to make your own ham, you can. You can also do this with chicken but I I like using ham for this dish. So, I have two packages. I'm going to use both. Alright, one and two. These are real hard to open y'all. Oh there we go. It's just coming out the side. Okay perfect. Wow. I'm making a mess. I always make a mess. That's alright. That means it's made with love. Made with love y'all. Alright. That's good. So now what we're going to do we need a little bit of liquid. I have some milk here about three fourths of a cup. Just going to pour this on top. Just like so. Alright. Just a little bit of milk. And then we also going to use a little bit of chicken broth. Uh I don't know. I'm just going to I'm going to eyeball it. That's probably like not that much. I don't know. Maybe like a third of a cup or so. Little bit of seasoning. Uh the ham already has enough salt. So we're just going to do a little bit of pepper. Alright, this is looking good so far y'all. It's a nice, quick, easy dinner and then we're going to add some cheese. Cheese at the end. So, we're going to do a little blend here. I have some Monterey Jack cheese. Little bit. Little layer of that. And then we also have some extra sharp cheddar. My favorite cheese to use. You know y'all I gotta get better about shredding my own cheese. I know someone told me to get like a food processor and shred it in there. I gotta do that because this stuff is like it doesn't melt as good. But my hand gets tired enough to shred cheese like just shred it with my own myself. Like that takes too long. Ain't got that kind of time y'all. I'm busy. Y'all busy too. Alright that's good. What else we gotta put on here? I feel like I'm missing something. Bridget what am I missing? Oh here's some parsley. Alright. Oh spinach. Yeah, you know what I'm I brought some spinach out y'all but I don't think I'm going to put it on here. I changed my mind. I don't know why. I feel like this is good. Alright, we're going to put this in the oven. 350 about 2025 minutes. Alright, y'all. Took this out of the oven a little while ago. I let it cool off but remember we have our potatoes, our ham, our peas we put in here. So, it's time to eat. It's going to be so good y'all. Oh my goodness. Those fresh potatoes. We use some frozen peas. This looks real good. It smells it too actually. Put some of this in here. Alright. Time to try it. I'm getting full y'all. I've been eating food all day. Alright. I don't want all that. Okay, Imma get a little bit of ham. I'm going to make sure I get a potato. These are going to be real hot though. I already know. Give me some of those peas. Y'all like peas? Tell me. Do you all like peas? I'm going to be honest. They ain't my favorite but I eat em sometimes. Here we go. Y'all. This is a delicious, hearty meal for the winter. Y'all have to try it. It's real good.
