Denmark is normally considered a welfare nation and many want to immigrate to Denmark. What isn't known very much in the public outside Denmark is that it is a marketing fraud by the Danish authorities to portrait Denmark better than it is. You will find people sleeping in parks and on streets. Many are Danes but also people from mostly the Eastern part of Europe who came here believing that Denmark could provide some kind of future for them.
