Baked Pears with Blue Cheese and Honey 🍐🧀🍯 Ingredients: 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves Salt and pepper, to taste Optional: Chopped walnuts for garnish Instructions: Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the Pears: Halve the pears and use a melon baller or spoon to scoop out the cores, creating small wells in each half. Assemble the Pears: Arrange the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up. Drizzle each pear with a little olive oil. Fill the hollowed centers with crumbled blue cheese. Bake the Pears: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pears are tender yet hold their shape, and the blue chees
