Berry IceBox Cake Ingredients • 1 cup strawberries, diced • 1 cup blackberries (or your choice berry-diced) • 16 graham crackers (approx depending on the size dish you use) GF • 1 1/2 cups of milk, I used a DF • 8oz cream cheese, I used a DF • 3.4oz instant french vanilla pudding mix • 8oz whipped topping • 1 cup strawberries, quartered • 1/2 cup raspberries • 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup of blackberries In a bowl mix the milk, pulling and cream cheese together. Then fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. This will work for a 7x10x3 deep or a 9x13 dish (you may need a couple more graham crackers) first line the dish with graham crackers, then add half of the pudding, sprinkle the strawberries, add another layer of graham crackers, add the last of the pudding, sprinkle the blackbe
