Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake
All you need is: For the cake: • 6 tbsp plain flour, heat-treated • 3 tbsp granulated sugar • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 60ml water • 40ml oil (or melted butter) • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Cinnamon swirl: • 1/2 tbsp (7g) melted butter • 1 tbsp light brown sugar • 1/4 tsp cinnamon Cinnamon sugar: • 1 tsp granulated sugar • 1/8 tsp cinnamon All cooking times are a guide - please watch your mug cake so it doesn’t overflow 👀 A lower heat is better 🥰 To heat-treat the flour: Microwave on a medium heat for 1 minute 30 seconds stirring frequently, then let it cool fully before using Enjoy!
