A few nights ago, the setting sun was casting the most beautiful light on my crêpe myrtle tree, and it absolutely took my breath away. One of the best landscaping decisions I made was to flank both corners of my home with a stunning purpleish pink crêpe myrtle. Here are four reasons you should plant one too: 1. Crêpe myrtles have the most beautiful blooms. And if deadheaded correctly, you can force two or three blooms over the course of a season. (Stay tuned for a video on that coming soon....
