Cheesesteak Tortellini with Rich Provolone Sauce 🧀🥩
Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini, cooked Instructions: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté beef until browned, then set aside. In the same skillet, cook onion and bell pepper until tender. Add heavy cream, provolone, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir until the sauce is smooth. Combine cooked tortellini with beef and vegetables in the sauce. Serve warm for a comforting, cheesy meal.
